Expert’s cases:

1. Development of a global call-analysis model to search for new efficient speech patterns in operator’s speech and, against, for detecting clients critic

2. Developed a speech analytics system in the company from scratch: proved its efficiency with A/B-test and then scaled the following tools:

   • product mention detecting model

   • specific speech pattern detection

   • conсurrent company mention detecting model

   • detection of gaming in operator’s speech

3. Transformed classification task (more than 15000 classes) to the sequence prediction task, which allowed me to develop a fast and high-accurate system solving the good’s categorization problem

4. Though data lack developed a series of recommender systems, which integration increased platform conversion
