At Terralink.
I held the position of team lead DS and oversaw two flagship projects:
1) video analytics in sports (soccer)
2) smart resume matching
For the first project my tasks included:
- analyze open-source projects related to video analytics in sports, identify best-practice and communicate this to the developer CV
- code-review partial
- requirements gathering from CTO
- presentation of intermediate results
As a result, a model was prepared for the “business as an orchestra” exhibition, which can track players, the ball in real time, record % of ball possession of an individual player, build a heat map of movement etc.

Smart resume matching is an NLP project that should solve HR's problem: oversaturation of resumes with a stack of hard and soft skills to increase matching (hh.ru problem).
My tasks:
- working out the architecture of the model
- team selection (NLP-developer, Product manager)
- code-review, analyzing the model performance
The model was also presented at the exhibition, it allows HR's to set requirements to candidates and get resumes based on similarity coefficient, taking into account accuracy and completeness of resumes
